it is a black and white film in which a little girl tries to win a ribbon but some other kid wins it. she then pushes him into a streak or something and she steps on his hand leaving a moon shoe print mark on his hand. i remember this part where she tried to burn the shoes to get rid of the evidence and i recall the psycho little girl refering to her mother as %26quot;sweet mother, perfect mother such a wonderful mother%26quot; any one know what the name of this film is? please please help
