Is there such thing as a custom shoe maker?

I was watching the movie %26#039;In Her Shoes%26#039; and there%26#039;s a part in the movie where Cameron


Diaz%26#039;s charicter is wearing a t-shirt and these gorgeous peep toe boots. I%26#039;ve tried searching for them but they%26#039;re nowhere to be found. So I was wondering if there%26#039;s such thing as going to a custom shoe maker to have a similar boot made.

If anybody knows which shoe I%26#039;m talking about and can point me in the right direction to get them, I would be so appreciative.

YES and they do not have to be expenisve try Los Angles California.. san Bernardino California has a coustom shoe maker.
