What shoe size am I ?

My foot measures 7.5inches from the heel to the longest part of the toes.


My friend says I should be a 4.5Y %26amp;; 5W.


However I have flats in 5W, and they're kind of loose on me :[





So what would I be in Y %26amp; W ?
