I recently bought a pair of Hunter Wellies and it came with a pull-y thing stuck at the back (I'm not sure if there's a name for that part). However, I just noticed that one of them had ripped off.
Is it possible for me to take it to a shoe repair shop and have them attach a new rubber one even though I don't have the piece that ripped off?
