Waitresses or Retail: Shoe question????

I have a career, well, had one. My company downsized and I am looking for full time employment, but in the meantime, have decided to take a part time job at Bath and Body Works. I am looking for a pair of really comfortable shoes that are also really cute, preferably in black and not too expensive. Where should I look? What styles or brands may work best? I don't want to wear the nursing style shoes - the appearance is also important to me. Something trendy and cute. Any ideas???

Waitresses or Retail: Shoe question????
I work at Best Buy, and have to wear black or brown shoes. I found a nice genuine leather pair of flats at Target, they ran me about $30, but their comfy and cute.
Reply:merona clogs from Target or there is a great store called FrontRunners who specialize in comfy and stylish shoes.
Reply:I'm always on my feet at work too. I got my pair of casual black shoes at JCPenny's and they feel really comfortable. Also I purchased some Dr. Scholl's insoles at a local drug store as well to cushion my feet. Hope you find a pair of cute shoes!
Reply:shoes by Aerosoles or Naturalizer are very comfortable and quite stylish. They have boots, pumps, and flats. There not as cheap as something from Target, but when they are on sale (I usually get mine from Macy's) they are $30-$50 and well worth it.
Reply:Hey welcome to B%26amp;BW! I've worked there for almost a year now and it is one of the best jobs. You have to have black shoes for work, it is one of the big things. I would definitely go to Payless, I got some peep-toe kitten heels for $20. They have the Abaete Flavin slingbacks, but they are definitely for people who prefer style to comfort. Ballet flats are always good, just make sure they have some support. The thing with B%26amp;BW is that they have to be dress shoes. If it laces, it probably will not work. I've posted some links that you should try for shoes that would work.

That should be enough to give you some ideas of shoes that will actually work with the dress code.
