I have the Asics Fifty Four wrestling shoes and the oher day at practice for The first time it started to irritate my left ankle and make part of it go red from rubbing up. How do I fix this please dont tell me to wear higher socks I have had these shoes for a while and havent had a problem with them until now. Also if anyone has an opinion on the New Cael Sanderson Original wrestling shoe give me your thoughts. Thank you

you have not been walking in your shoes much up until now. keep walking. it will go away after the blister disappears.
