What technology is put into the Nike Ovolo shoe???

It seems to me the heel part is suppose 2 endure shock much like the Nike Shox shoe line. Is this an advance of the Nike Shox or is it completely different? What technology is put into the Nike Ovolo shoe???

This shoe is purely cosmetic. There are no stability or cushioning benefits at all. Basically, it is a cool shoe to look at-- not for training or competing in.

The upper is primarily mesh and offers no support whatsoever and the plate/sole is pretty much nonexistent. The heel area is probably some regrind rubber with polypropylene, which will probably lose its stiffness after 3 - 4 wears..

There's no new technology involved with this shoe. Yeah, it looks innovative, but it is as about as functional as the sandals the spartans wore in "300"..
Reply:cushioning and padding inside the shoe has alot to do with shock-absorbing
